Job Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Actively drive sales by implementing sales building initiatives across the three departments (Women, Men and Kids) through effective analysis of the company commercial reports and visual layout.
• Support the Department Managers to keep monitoring the budget.
Ensure the profit and productivity goals are met by contributing towards the management of payroll hours, sales and P&L.
• Determine the strategy of the store, always striving to maximize sales and Store opportunities.
• Supervise managers for controlling and managing stock, product rotation, orders and devolutions alongside the product manager in Spain.
• Up to date knowledge about current industry trends and to constantly analyze the competitor’s product and market in order to be able to maximize sales.
• Manage and maintain the relationship and communication with Product Departments in the Central Office in Spain.
• Promote participatory management style and ensure a positive working environment exists within all the departments in the store.
• To work with HR in order to create and have actions plans in place for succession in the three departments.
• Identify potential talent for the three departments, also being aware about vacancies and opportunities in other stores.
• Ensure a high level of customer service standards are consistently attained in the store in the three departments.
• Ensure the store is compliant with all company initiatives.
Expected Years of Experience
• 3-4 years of related professional experience.
• Good knowledge of the Brand.
• Solid experience managing a similar fast-paced retail operation.
• Proven ability to maximize profitability and drive sales.
• Strong team management experience.

Job Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive, store, and issue supplies and equipment and compile records of supply transactions.
• Verify that supplies received are listed on requisitions and invoices. Sort and place inventory in storage areas according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, or product code.
• Keep records of materials or items (including surplus materials) received or distributed in accordance with established procedure. Maintain weekly cycle counts of all stocked items and compile stock report on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Ensure that all work-areas are clean and well maintained.
• Ensure sure that garment care is carried out allowing for the product to reach the sales floor in the best possible condition.
• Check stock daily to ensure that all products are adequately stocked and available for disposal.
• Maintain security of items in the store.
• Fill requisitions for materials and assists in inventory taking.
• Inspect materials received for quantity and condition.
• Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.

• 1-2 years local experience in a Storekeeper role.

• Oversee team training and development, ensuring completion of orientation and introduction to NESO program.
• Liaise with the Learning and Development Team, support managers with training resources, and manage the “Coach” team.
• Contribute to succession planning and support managers in implementing and following up on Performance Development Plans.
• Partner with the Store Manager to identify development needs and provide targeted support for underperforming managers.
• Support managers in performance management and motivating their teams.
Operations & HR KPIs
• Provide regular reports to the Store Manager and HR Field Partner on store performance, focusing on hours, productivity, and efficiency.
• Advice on Rota planning and structural adjustments to optimize hours in line with business requirements.
• Monitor HR KPIs (turnover, succession, absenteeism, productivity, hours coverage, etc.), analyze reports, and create action plans for improvement with store management.
• Maintain an active presence on the shop floor to understand team dynamics, identify potential, and support operations when required.
Employee Relations & Recruitment
• Manage employee relations cases and conflicts in a professional and fair manner.
• Support Disciplinary and investigation processes when required.
• Support recruitment activities in collaboration with Recruitment Officers, participate in assessment centers, and provide feedback on candidates.
• Ensure exit interviews are conducted (forms and face-to-face) and share insights for improvement.

• Drive employee engagement and strengthen internal branding through collaboration on INET and other initiatives.
• Ensure effective internal communication by participating in managers’ meetings and fostering information sharing across the store.
