VISUAL
• Ensure that the floor layout is merchandised in accordance with the company guidelines.
• Promote new lines effectively.
• Design and prepare creative and visual ideas for the store.
• Manage in-store props and internal mannequins in order to maintain high standards of image.
• Be updated on the latest fashion trends and provide feedback on commercial activity.
COMMERCIAL
• Deep understanding of Gestion Retail app.
• Analyse relevant data to create the best strategy for the store.
• Oversee planning of the commercial and visual activity of the store in a daily/weekly and seasonal manner.
• Dealing with different commercial issues such as delivery delays, pictures adaptation, sudden events, etc.
• Working along with the operational team to ensure that the best RFID practice is in place at all times.
• Control product levels in the store and communicate with the senior management with any product’s needs.
• Monitoring daily product replenishment and maintaining a high level of image standards.
• Provide competitor analysis and product feedback.
• Manages all procedures related to product such as delivery preparation –Delivery app, Consign, orders (filters & blockings) and RFID reports.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
• Ensure a high level of customer service is offered in the store.
• Monitor and support customer service action plans.
• Manage and solve customer issues as they arise and refer to the senior management team when necessary.
• Understand and reinforce the company return policy.
• Adequate training of product knowledge: awareness of new arrivals, replenishment of best sellers and offering alternatives in order to enable better customer service experience.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
• Responsible for the training and development of the commercial team.
• Identify and develop potential talents within the store and manage succession plans with the relevant follow up.
• Working along with the management to support the new employee training.
• Responsible to develop product knowledge for all the team in ‘morning meetings’, novelties, promos, new layouts and actions, trends, etc.
HEALTH & SAFETY
• Implement good housekeeping regulations throughout all areas in the store and communicate with the senior management team in case of any incident reports.
• Awareness of the risks employees and customers are exposed to and maintain safe work practices at all times to overcome them.

2-3 years experience in a Customer Service or Sales role in a Retail environment
